Work out..

lol
But in all seriousness all I really do just for my biceps is curls and things like chin-ups. Biceps are like the easiest muscles to work. (For me, anyway)

Chin ups work your biceps (hands facing you on the bar). Pull-Ups work your back (hands facing away from you on the bar).

Curling bar, buy weights as your strength increases.

Go to a store like Play it Again Sports, grab a curling bar, throw same weights on it until you can do about 6-8 reps without strain. However much weight that is is what you should start.

ok this might just be me, but i've been using a curling bar for almost 4 years and my biceps have shown no distinct improvement, my forearms on the other hand would make popeye run in fear.

my form might be the imprtant part so i'll try to describe it. i stand upright with my feet shoulder width apart, bend at the knees and grasp the bar, stand upright, and pull the bar up to my forehead, control the descent all the way down until my arms are 99% extended, then prepeat the process. i keep my arms tucked in as tight as i can to my body the entire time.

I'll post a video showing proper technique later on.

I just need to find my camera cord first.
