I can't really go to the doctor today because all the offices are closed. However I will probaly go to the Trainers room tomorrow after my last class so I will find out what the fudge is really going on with my calves because as a goalkeeper it is very demanding to have your calves at 100% so you can actually be agrressive to the ball and be able to jump.

what i was always told by coaches and teamates was to always stretch avoicely, and too keep your muscles warm...wear sweats and a sweatshirt before you play....it helps me
