    Sup fools,
So after I visited my grandparents in florida, I was looking/feeling a little big. So I was in Walmart and saw this awesome looking Special K Chocolate Delight (porno name) cereal. This guy saw me looking at it and told me that he lost 160 lbs eating this stuff. Finding it hard to believe, I begun the special K diet on the side of the box.

For those of you who don't know, its 2/3 cup of special K cereal and one cup milk for breakfast and lunch, two snacks (basically two of their complimentary products), and whatever you want for dinner. You can also eat as much fruit as you want.

So I started doing this, and doing cardio for 30-45 mins 3 times a week and within the first two weeks, the length of this diet, I lost 10lbs. Now, 3.5 weeks later, I'm down 12-14 depending on what I eat for dinner.

I figure its less a diet and more a way to limit what one eats, creating a schedule/habit and cutting down on snacking on junk. But this is definitely something I'd like to continue doing, at least during school.

    Just thought I'd share.

Sure it helps you lose weight, but are you really losing it in a healthy way?

Nope! But for right now, its helping with portion control. Once I get into a routine, and basically train my body to not want to snack, then I can substitute cereal for actual meals. May not be the best way to go about it, but its a way.

Lol ok at least you are aware. That's always the bad part about these fad diets....everyone seems to think they are complete and whole and all you need to do is eat the grapefruit or the special K or whatever it is. Sigh

These people also probably think it's ok to have a donut or a bowl of ice cream for dessert because they worked out earlier that day. And they probably think walking at a slow pace on a treadmill for 15 minutes is "working out"
