Haven't been online much here but to give an update I'm still working on it.

Well during the summer I wasn't able to go to the gym much at all because I pretty much worked full time every week on top of 24 hours ish overtime on a regular basis. Well worth it considering college is expensive.

As far as I go I'm at about 140ish, maybe 143lb. I have literally changed my diet. I've practically cut out soda (maybe a 20 oz bottle a week )and sugary goods (Oreos can not be cut out, sorry). I have noticed a huge improvement in my want (lack of better words) in going to the gym and being more active. I take a generic mass gainer from GNC after I work out, recently got a blender to make that shit easier and drink it every morning now. This last week I was only able to go once with all the exams and schoolwork I had but I should be back in there tomorrow night

Since I've started school in Mid August I go the gym 3 or 4 times a week, time permitting. I try to run twice a week, one for a long time and the other for about 5 minutes to warm up. I remember the first day I ran, I ran for about 5 minutes and nearly died. Now I can do about 20 minute before exploding. I do what Tuhan had originally mentioned with increasing weights and lowering reps. I try to do to 3 sets. I try to add weights every week, week and a half, at least 5lb or 10 lb depending on the machine. I definitely feel stronger and healthier.

I still don't have a detailed plan on what I do each time I go and is something I would like to get together with some help from you fellas. Hopefully once I start a better workout plan I can see improvement faster. Personally I'm in no rush but I prefer to do things right and slow.

And Ome6a, that is probably a good idea. My roommate is a pretty good in Krav Maga and he is always teaching me cool shit to kick mother fuckers asses. Crazy shit, one time he stepped up on my knee and got on my back.

New name! Old one was shadow1768.

I was 150, bulked 20 pounds. You need to eat like a horse if you want to gain weight/muscle. I suggest using FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to count your macros. Try getting 3000 calories a day. Whey protein is a great supplement for you to use.
