    Day 1
    Chest, Triceps

    Day 2
    Leg Press and Leg Extensions

    Day 3
    Biceps, Forearms, Lats

    Day 4
    Leg Curls, and Abs

    Day 5
    None

    This is the most effective way for me, because it gives each muscle group 4 days of recovery time. I rarely do shoulders, because you will work them on presses and laterals. Also when doing muscle groups, I don't have a set routine, because believe it or not, your body will adapt to it and you will hit a plateau. So some days I go hard (3 sets, short reps, 80% 1 rep max), and some days for toning (5 sets, long reps, 40% 1 rep max).

    Always keep my heart rate up above 120bpm.
    Biking-45 min or Running-45min
    followed by whole body workout rotating a upper body exercise with a lower body exercise one right after the other.
    3 times a week.

    Other days: help old ladies with heavy things :)

    If you have a 360 get kinect. Its great just playing the dumb game that comes with it gets you going.
