Quentin Tarantino
Am I the only one who hate this guy? I hate his movies because everything in his movies was like : overload of blood everywhere, disgusting member parts, etc. Kill Bill wasn't good at all. Plus, he always bash every movie that he didn't produce.

OMG, finally someone agrees with me. I hate all his work too. He's overrated as an writer in my opinion, and I'm so sick over violent movies now a days. People always tell me Kill Bill is such a great movie, and it's just pure garbage.

Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction are classic crime flicks though, and two of my favorite movies. Personally, I like Quentin's work as a director, and I'm always interested in seeing what he's working on.
As far as Kill Bill, I'll admit it was pretty over the top. I really think it should've been refined to just one movie. Still, the action scenes were pretty badass.

Agreed, two of my favorite movies. But after Kill Bill he started going a little nuts. He doesn't focus on good stories much, just gore.

Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Four Rooms (in general, not just his segment)... all quite good in my opinion. I still think Pulp Fiction is the single most overrated movie of all time (other than Dr. Strangelove), it's not "the definitive movie of the 90's" like everyone seems to think. It is a really good movie though.
Personally, I like Tarantino best as an actor and writer. All his little parts he's had in each movie, I think he was excellent. He's a solid director too, but I don't think he's anything amazing. If he dedicated more of his time to writing, and less to production and directing, I'd be a pretty happy guy.

the only thing i don't like about him, is that everything is the same. people die, lots of blood and guts. end. still, it is entertaining.

All of his movies, with the exception of Jackie Brown, were way better than good. His movies always seem to take us away from whatever crap is usually circulating in Hollywood and for that reason I say he is quite aiight.
Don't forget the fact that he wrote Natural Born Killers as well as True Romance. I'm sure I don't have to say how cool both of those gems were.
Quentin does an excellent job taking his influences and twisting them into his own vision and his visions are obviously not for everyone.
