This is a forum based RPG that I'm creating here. I've asked for this, and they said until we have enough people into the idea, they won't create a forum based on this. Anyway, until then, I'm posting it here. They said if it was popular, they would make it a sticky. I hope you guys enjoy this. Anyway, this is how it works. A few of the other forums I've been to have had this. A forum-based RPG is where a member from the forum creates a story and a character of their own to be in it, then others can join with their own made up characters if they please. When the story begins, other players can form the story with each post, creating a totally unique storyline. Some people make stupid RPGs that are more like mad libs instead of RPGs. This one is totally serious. Pretend you're reading a popular fantasy book like Eragon. If you are only spamming, the owner (me) can and will ban you from the story line. All of your posts will be ignored. Anyway, now that you know what this is, time to start the story.
The land of Silencioa is a land full of adventure, but also a land full of danger. The world is being overpopulated by monsters, and many villages have been laid to waste by them. Fortunately, many heroes have arisen to create their own legacy, and to help rid the world of these monsters. However, some of those adventurers have found siding with these monsters more suitable to their evil ways. This is a story about those adventures, and their legacies...
Like that? Now, I'll show you how to make a character. Take the things below and enter the information about your character. I'll use my character as an example:
Name: Rufaust
Age: 22
Alignment: Neutral
Appearance: (You can either write a description of your character or post a picture of what he/or she looks like.)
Rufaust
Race: (Human/Monster/ect.) Human
Background: (This is optional.) Rufaust is a 22 year old man who can't seem to find the answers in his life. He believes life is valuable, and doesn't deserve to be taken away unless for a good reason. For some reason, he can't seem to remember much about his past, and he can't remember his parents. All he knows is that he only sides with someone if he finds them trustable. Lately, he has been searching for a purpose in life.
