Plus, after I just recently watched one of the most interesting and shocking shows I've ever seen on National Geographic channel called Aftermath : Population Zero..he wouldn't have lasted those 3 Years.

A nuke was not dropped it was just a virus. I think he could of lived with ease besides the zombies. There would be so many supplies to have for free he would be set.

Yeah Will Smith is a great actor I don't think they could of picked anyone better for that part. The ending seemed dead on with the movie its the alternate ending that seemed off-par and you have to go find the answers to understand.
See the whole time we are sopposed to think that. After reading a bit more I guess the first ending (the alternate ending) was made to show that the zombies still retained some humanity by that they followed the alpha male and they spared Robert Neville's life. Still seeing them that restrained was odd because the remainder of the uninfected (around 12 million), were hunted and killed by the infected, or committed suicide due to isolation. See in the book Neville, the girl and the boy escape into the cole shoot and drive away. Then the next day Neville, the girl and the boy come back to the house to get what remains and find the zombie girl gone so the zombies definetly wanted the girl. After that they head to vermont. I was and am still confused because I thought the zombies fed off other humans and animals kind of like vampires but the movie made it seem like they had no control. But I guess they were sopposed to have some humanity left because they were like rabid animals just that they did have humanity left and were still somewhat inteligent like when they moved the manican to trap Neville. They really hacked the book apart and made a bad interpretation of it.
The whole point of the legend thing in the movie was Neville being a legend to the monsters, a sole survivor who hunts kidnaps and kills infected ones, atleast thats how it was in the book. See I thought he was a legend because he found a cure which is true but I guess I was missing the bigger picture in that he was the living legend as the "sole survivor" After reading more and more the movie was poorly done in interpretation. It was a great movie, good plot, but if you go searching for answers like I did you get confused and then you find out the true ending and you're like well that sucked.
