I searched and couldnt believe I didnt come up with a result on this forum about this movie.

So what do you guys think? I personally loved Bruce Almighty, even though I am not a big fan of Jim Carey.

I like Steve Carell though, I think he is hilarious, so I must see this movie. Morgan Freeman makes a return as "God" himself, in this sequel (indirect sequel).

Comes out June 22nd.

I will be going to see this movie. The trailer in the threaters looked hilarious, and I think Morgan Freeman would be hilarious here. Come June 23, I will be in the comfy theater seat, enjoying my popcorn and Evan Almighty. (Yes, I know it comes out the 22, but then it'd be packed. The next day isn't so bad)

I thought that they would make another one of these and sure enough, Evan Almighty is born. I'll be seeing this on the 22nd, looks hilarious.

I thought Bruce Almighty was pretty funny. I'll be looking forward to seeing this one for sure. Looks like a good laugh.

Yeah, I'll definitely be going to see this, because Bruce Almighty was one of my favorite movies, ever. Besides Pulp Fiction. ^_^

I was looking foreward to seeing this when I first saw the preview, but I saw another one last night at the movies and they basically gave away the whole movie, and I was not too impressed. I'll probably still go see it, because I'm sure it will have some funny parts, but I'm not expecting as much any more.

I was always wondering if they were going to make a Bruce Almighty 2 (or sequel in general) but they went the wrong way about it.

I don't think the Evan guy had a big enough role in the original movie to justify the character having its own movie. That's just me.

I may go to see it but there's a long list of great movie coming out/already out that are better than this, but hopefully its worth the trip.

I'll probably hold off on seeing this in the movies, and just rent it when it comes out on DVD, even if that won't be for another 6-8 months. Bruce Almighty was definitely funny, but I really don't see how they created an entire movie based off of Evan like BoyEgland mentioned.

If I do go and see this movie, it will be as a result of sheer boredom or a spur of the moment kind of a thing.

I didn't really care for Bruce Almighty other then it was set in Buffalo and he was a Sabres fan. But I did love the part when the Sabres won the Cup and the city went into chaos. (Maybe that is the reason we never won a major championship.... God knows that we will kill each other with excitement)
