Let's use this thread to discuss how much we love our music.
ALL types of metal, even the obscure ones.
Any screamo, any hardcore band or music news or info, post here! You looking for a band you heard? You want some new pwner bands?
I'd love any new bands, I'm really into heavy (not metallica...actual heavy stuff) metal right now, and Viking metal, but I'll take anything.
Btw steve I'll get you that info on slipknot's album.
I'll start off with amazing band reccomendations
I found these recently and fell in love...omfg...
Winds of Plague - death metal/deathcore
Abigail Williams - "br00tal" (lol) death metal
Equilibrium - Viking/epic metal. Their keys sound like kirby music =D
As Blood Runs Black - deathcore, can't touch their drummer, holy cow.
Through the eyes of the dead - (br00tal) death metal
and I guess
Drop Dead, Gorgeous - hardcore/screamo. You may HATE them at first, I certainly did, but listen to their songs like twice and you'll fall in love :)
Btw plz keep the discriminations to a minimum. If someone posts a band don't be like WOW THEY ****IN BLOW! Or the obvious, simply coming in here to bash our music tastes.

I can't find the band I'm looking for. I love alternative, punk, screamo (a little bit). Not much into Metal, brutal and deathcore so someone help me find one great band. I really like Bullet For My Valentine, ETF, Senses Fail.... Those band has great drums beat, slow pace and then after, it has great fast pace... I like these kind of band.
At the moment, A Change Of Pace is pretty good!!!

Sounds good, Otter.
A band that I recently discovered (who you're sure to like, Otter) is Job For A Cowboy.
They are pretty good, they definitely have potential.
Be sure to check out the song Entombment Of A Machine. The intro is great, but as the song drags on it slowly gets worse.

Idk writer, I havn't listened to hollywood undead but Drop Dead, Gorgeous takes a few listens to get used to. If you listen to them the first time you'll prolly hate them...they have like....his scream is like a baby dieing, but in a good way...lmao idk, purevolume it.

Yuck. The rap is yucky, the screams are alright...you'd think they could produce a better sound with like 6 people in a band >_>.
I don't like them very much.

Sorry, but DDG is nothing like Hollywood Undead, they're screamo/metalcore, I'm pretty sure HollyWood Undead is/are rap right?

Anywho..I just recently found these guys..they're pretty good IMO.

This is a gamble but try Hawthorne Heights. I don't listen to them much anymore but give them a try. If you don't like them we can come up with something else.

Lol, yeah I used to like them too until I got their cd that came with a bonus dvd. Talk about the most boring, 12 year old attracted, terrible live band ever. In the studio perfect cd...the guy screams nicely for like 5 seconds...live he can do it for around 1.5, and it sounds ****ing awful.
