Can't wait, hopefully this one won't be a such a low-budget piece of crap. I liked the first but the whole black and white stuff is a little old don't ya think? Put some money into it this time =P

Nothing can beat the original. Who cares if it was shot for 10 bucks? The original was a masterpiece and didn't need big bucks in production.

I'm a bit worried that CII is gonna suck though. I remember Kevin Smith specifically saying that Jay and Bob were retired for good. I hope and pray that this movie was well written and not just created so Mr.Smith can fill up his gas tank to go rent Jersey Girl.

I agree. The first was was the greatest and nothing good can come from making a sequel.

Having being Born in Jersey I have a bigtime appreciation for Kevin Smith movies. It's refreshing watching his movies and seeing locations that I've actually been standing at that he shows in his movies. I loved it when they made mention of the High School I went to in "Chasing Amy" ( Henry Hudson Regional High School ). I can't wait to see Clerks II . Rosario Dawson looks extremely hot in this movie. Kevin Smith is never afraid to push the boundries either, the converations that he thows into his movies are classic.

The only movie of his I never saw is " Jaersey Girl " because of all the Affleck / J-Lo saturation at the time. Has anyone seen ?? Is it good ????

I just saw the teaser trailer and now I'm pretty psyched. What a wonderful job having old Anthrax playing through the whole thing. (Among the Living if my memory serves me right)

yeah, When I saw the trailer for the first time i thought it was cool that that blasted "Among The Living". I have'nt heard Anthrax in so long I went out and got it.
If interested that particular re-done version of ATL is on the greatest hits CD " The Greater of Two Evils "

Something about seeing Rosario Dawson Dance to that tune makes me feel good.

I liked alot of Smith's movies. I think my favorite is Mall Rats. My guess is that this movie won't be better than the first, but it will be great. I remember in the first Clerks when he's talking to his girlfriend about how many people she had been with. That was hillarious.

LOL: "Yeah try not to 5uck any ***** while your walking through the parking Lot"

I don't think it will be better either, but I'm looking forward to the dialogue in it, because it will reflect alot of what's going on in the world today. Plus, You know Smith is gonna through in some Star Wars Lingo Here and There
