Another Ezio figure for your viewing pleasure. Like the PoP figure, I like the assorted accesories that comes with this one as the Master Assassin edition Ezio figure doesn't come with such toys.

Europe is getting a special edition for Dead Rising 2. An announcement on a NA version can't be too far behind.

Must admitt, I didn't even get into the Civilization series until this last entry on the consoles. Instantly fell in love with the game though, and if I were more of a pc gamer, I'd definately be getting this:

Civilization V Develops Snazzy $100 Edition

Also, here's an M. Bison figure for you street fighting fans (raises hand).http://kotaku.com/5582970/my-m-bison...-have/gallery/

The figure in black is pretty sweet, but I'm partial to the classic.

Got quite a few tidbits for everyone today. We'll get started with the announcement of a LE release of Medal of Honor. I've stated elsewhere on the forums here that, while I do thuroughly enjoy playing the Call of Duty series, back when I was an exclusive PS 2 player, I was always partial to the Medal of Honor series. They did drop the ball with the Airborne title (personal opinion) but I still always enjoyed the series I guess mainly because they were the first (along with the Brother's in Arms titles) that got me into the whole fps genre. Anywho:

Medal Of Honor Limited Edition Won't Cost You Extra

At least they're not tacking on 10 extra dollars just for slapping a LE on the box and giving you some in game goodies.

Next up is a Sam Fisher figure based on his look from the Conviction game that was released not too long ago. Article says it's an early mold and that there are still some final details and trinkets that are going to be added. Looking forward to seeing what the final product will look like:

Splinter Cell Action Figure Sneaking Onto Shelves

Next up; a figure of Samus. I'd say more but...it's Samus, do I really have to?

Samus Will Get You Interested in Wonder Festival

Lastly, here's a sneak peek at what the Crysis 2 Nano Edition is going to look at. The article states that the website that carried this is no longer advertising it, but I'm pretty sure the final announcement will be made soon. My personal input? Pricey, but fucking badassed (pardon the language).

I just hope that the preorder that I dropped down on this game "transfers" over, seeing as how I did that almost three weeks ago before the PS3 closed beta launched.

^^^ Don't see why they wouldn't as long as you tell them that's the version you're wanting Creep. I will say that I'm pretty stoked about the first entry in the series being included with the release of this one. Nothing like old school packaged with new school...one of the main reasons I'm getting Splatterhouse later this year.

Anywho, here's a prototype statue of Kratos due to be released at the end of the year...I'm a God of War fanboy so yeah, I'll probably grab this when I can.

When I posted the link for the European CE version for Dead Rising, I knew it wouldn't be too long before a North Amercian version would pop up. Sure enough:

Here's What Passes For A Dead Rising 2 Special Edition In North America

No figure involved but there is a featurette included which was directed by Mega-Man creator Keiji Inafune. Your standard artbook and special cover comes along with it, with the "special" treat being your very own syringe of Zombrex (it's actually a pen). Pretty much the same thing for both systems other than the featurette being on Blu-Ray for the PS 3 and DVD for the Xbox. All in all not bad for 10 extra dollars. Especially if you're a story/lore whore when it comes to your gaming like I am. Considering the 360 is also getting a downloadable prequel to the second game itself, I think I'm starting to lean more towards the 360 version.

I wish you were right, but you're not. I contacted EA's customer service the other day, and I was told by "Philbert" that existing preorders WOULD NOT "transfer" to the recently revealed Limited Edition of Medal of Honor. I was told that the existing preorder had to be cancelled (which was a fucking ordeal in itself), and a new preorder for the Limited Edition needs to be placed. Basically, I said screw all of that noise, and I'm never going to deal directly with EA ever again.

If I even decide on preordering this game, as much as I hate to say it, doing it through Gamestop is a much easier process. I don't think much of the game's multiplayer at the moment, but I definitely want to play through its campaign mode. The developers need to put much more work into improving the online aspect, IMHO.

Whatchutalkin' about, Willis? I still see Limited Edition BC2 copies on store shelves to this day... doesn't seem much like a Limited Edition by my definition, as well as the Webster's dictionary definition. My bet is that MOH will be the same way.

Sorry to hear about that Creep. You would think that members of a closed beta would get some sort of consideration considering you're pretty much product testing their material. Also considering that EA is trying to re-vamp a tired franchise (as much as I love the MOH series, I have to be honest) one would think that a little extra buttering would go a long way as it relates to customer service. Guess that's why I don't get paid for my thinking lol.

On a different note, came across this lovely piece while catching up over on Kotaku. Went and looked up the price and it's a little too steep for me ($350 is the estimated price atm) but you've gotta admitt, it's pretty badassed. Even if it is just a prototype of the final product.
