Batman: Arkham Asylum
If you are a Batman fan, and havent read the article about this game in the new Game Informer, go buy it or sit at your door until it arrives (if youre a subscriber). The first page goes into the beginning of the game, and I was creeped out from reading it. It looks crazy good.

Premise: Joker... Arkham Asylum... About 20 other villains... im sold.

According to the new issue of GI, it's supposed to be released on 360, PS3, and PC. After reading the article, I will more than likely be getting it on PS3.

I can't wait for it. It looks like a cross between Manhunt and Butchers Bay (like it said in the game informer) and I hope it doesn't bomb like other Batman games.

From the video clip, it looks like a decent start. Kinda gritty, but obviously since it's still in production. I'm sure I'll be buying this on the PS3.

Yeah, the pictures in the new GI are much clearer... the YouTube video that I posted is just to give those without a GI issue to read a sense of what it's all about.

And I agree... this game will more than likely grace my PS3 collection.

Correct me if I'm wrong ...but the last good Batman game that was released was on the Sega Genesis ?? I'll check out Lego Batman if it's good and if this Batman: AA is any good you can count me in. There's so much someone can do with a Batman game and suprisingly it hasn't been an abused franchise.

You did. Well i know i did. On G4's Feed they had an interview with the guy who played Gordon in TDK. and he eluded to doing voice acting for a game. Maybe it was Batman: AA. (Hopefully)

Nope... you're not wrong. I am still hoping that this version of Batman is actually released on the Virtual Console sometime in the near future.

As for Lego Batman, I am going to have to take a pass on that one... especially after playing the demo for Force Unleashed.
