The demo is out now, play it! This game is f'in awesome!!! Will be buying hands down when it comes out, anyone who likes FPS needs to buy this game. Your machines will handle it at max settings. The 7950gt is an awesome card, I just replaced mine, but I played the demo with it, and it handled it no problem.

My dad just brought the GeForce 8600 GTS and this game came free with it, so I decided to give it a try on my computer.

This game is pretty bad....Quake 4 looked a lot better and ran a lot smoother, and trust me, my computer is well above the recommended requirements. I'm glad I held off on buying this game since I would have been very upset and disappointed.

EDIT: And to get an idea on how much I didn't like the game, I uninstalled it from my computer after approximately 20 minutes.

Hmm... I thought it looked the same, and it ran without a hiccup at 120fps on my machine(once again, when I was still using a 7950gt), although, it was the demo and not retail version of the game. You can send it to me, I'll take it.

There wasn't necessarily any "hiccups," the game just did not feel smooth. It's kind of hard to explain.

I could definitely tell a big difference graphically between the two game with the settings on both games maxed out. I will take QUAKE 4 on Ultra settings over this game any day.

No, I'm about 90% sure I know what you mean. It's been so long since I've played Quake I may be ill-remembering graphically wise as well. I'd still be happy to take it off your hands though, if you wanna name a price or conditions and are interested in getting rid of it.
