Runescape player phenomenon

I played for a few hours a few years ago, and I found the most fun in logging; I spent most of my time chopping away at trees, because it seemed like so much fun compared to the other features of the game.

Runescape is a really poor game. There are so so SO many better games out there that kids and... older people who play Runescape could be playing.

it was the first Mmorpg i ever played,and while the game itself is silly. its like a starter game.

needless to say there are better games but remember thats relative.

i wasted plenty of time playing it but still good memories mixed with bad.

it was for me, an experience.

Same here. I dread the game now, but it's the game that got me into MMORPG's. I even played it when it was 2D. Haha, I laugh so hard when i see it now. It's horrid.

I used to play runescape. It can be played on almost any computer which is great, and on top of that it doesn't require an extreme amount of ram. I played in middle school and high school, lol and my little brother plays. Its such a convenient game. Man, I remember when it first came out.
