Diablo 2 is extremely linear compared to world of warcraft. In WoW the world is massive, and there is just so much more to do.

BUt they are both made by blizzard, so that is why some things are similiar.

yeah, i have never played WoW but the way the guy was explaing it reminded me of d2. but diablo gets boring after about 20 minutes.

It is like Diablo 2 but 100X bigger with more objects to keep track of like professions, talents, etc...
