I takes a fairly strong PC to get all the nice rendering that the game offers but if you dont have a strong PC you can always lower the render settings. If you have played WoW it's like that but with human characters. The main point in Guild Wars is doing doing quests in groups. I like the game myself but I gave myself a break & probably will start it up again soon.
