Yup yup, Perfect Dark was the ****!! That's where I got my name (before the show), used Joanna Dark all the time, so put in DarkAngel as my multiplayer name. The slayer was the best, chasing your buddy around the Villa with that missle was fun as hell, especially when playing in slo mo. Then you had those crazy bouncing nades, of course as mentioned the laptop gun, that was a wicked sentry gun. Getting tranq'd was wack too. Sometimes we'd play crossbows only which were 1 shot kills, don't get me started on the farsight, lol now that was crazy, in multiplayer watching 2 of your buddies screens, both with farsights aiming at you and blasting through the walls while you had to do a little oh crap I gotta get out of the way dance lol.

What was a total blast was teaming up with buddies in multi vs. as many bots as you could put in, especially kaze sims who just went at your with no fear. They were usually easy to take down, but if they attacked you in packs and you were underequipped you were in big trouble. Once they started to punch the crap out of you, and your vision blurred, it was pretty much over at that point. Perfect Dark Ownz J00000!!

I have to go with the REAL classics and say Duke Nukem and Doom2. They were amazing and revolutionized gaming imo.

I like Duke Nukem. It's funny how old games have terrible graphics, but you don't notice it until you go back and play them a year or two down the road.

My favorite was doom. That was the best shooter series made (Im talking about the old one, the new one awesom as well0. Goldeneye was really good too, but gotta go with doom.

Medal of Honour Underground was good... the Rainbow 6 game on the PS1 was fun as hell too... but i gotta say the original GTA

I dont know if it is a OLD shooter or not, but i go with Counterstrike, that completely revolutionized FPS and made tactical shooters popular.

I never had N64 so i have never tried Perfect Dark, but from what i have head it is good, the XBox release looks pimp but i ain't buying Xbox 360.

I don't play shooters much. I remember playing doom and doom2 on the dinosaur pcs, but my favorite I think is Shogo: MAD. One of my friends and I still play on the home network.
