Clans are very hard to manage! I disbanded my 1st after about 3 weeks

I started my clan a month 1/2 ago, I still have the same members and they are loyal and unlike you, we are a TEAM.

My problem is finding clan members who are loyal. A lot of clan members will join and then leave after a few hours or days for no reason. I find that when you recruit and people say they want to join and that they'll accept an invite they don't. I hate that because I can't stand being lied to. It's also a waste of my time.
