I absolutley love Nora's text, and that is what makes it better imo. Charlies text is bland, and poor overall. Though I like the lightning in his better, Im a fan of good text.

Better colours (Too bad your colours messed up charlie :()
Text brings the sig together nicely, charlies text looks really randomly placed and font choice is not that great either.
Nora's overall feel of the sig is better.
