Me and my brother play Call of Duty 4 online everyday and it's always the same thing. We always get paired up with newbs. We are prestigers, but we find players with ranks ranging from 4 - 16. Please tell me this is Unfair!
I wouldn't call it unfair, rather just the randomness of the team making (unless someone knows that there is a specific way the system generates teams; in which case I would love to know about it).
Sometimes I get frustrated that the team is made up of a bunch of new players, but most of the time it just equals more kills for me!

I know how you feel. But it's not always bad. When I first played the 360 version people on my team were complaining that they had a level 1 on their team when the other team was all prestige. I could stay on the top of my team because I'd played on the PS3. Sometimes I'm the only one on my team with kills over deaths.
Not saying it's always like that, but you never know when you could get someone that knows what they're doing.
And just to share a personal story where I dealt with this. I got to 55 on first prestige (PS3) and I ended up being the only one on my team higher than 20. Needless to say we got our asses handed to us.
And I may as well throw this in here. A piece of advice. Just find a regular group to play with. When I did that, we didn't lose even when we didn't try. But then again when you get people like I had...

gamers from level 1-16 just love it when they get paired up with prestigers im sure . Get over yourself, they dont want to play with you either. But Its the luck of the cards man.
Rank doesn't mean ****, in any game. Judging by someone without seeing them play first is asinine.

If you want to play on a team, invite him to your party then right afterwards, select MERCENARY TEAM DEATH MATCH. This way, you don't have to worry about playing 6 man groups of other people who play with one another alot.
If you want to fight one another, do the same thing as above but pick FREE FOR ALL.
If you want to play any other gametypes, then you just have to deal with the team pairings.
It doesn't bother me when I get stuck with newbies. I was a newbie too, and I sucked once too so why should I treat him bad? I just have fun and go off on my own. Sure, we'll lose, but at least we tried, and at least I got myself a couple kills along the way. The only time playing with a newbie gets frustrating is in Sabotage. Sometimes I play with a newb who takes the bomb and runs around like and idiot for 30 minutes. But you know what? I get over it. And there have been times when a rank 7 came first with like 400 points.
