Well I literally just stopped playing the game and I saw noting. I did have a lot of problems getting a game though which may be due to the patch coming out, I will download it later.

Snipers seem more accurate out of scope now. Probably make for a loss of the pistol.

I can't wait to see my arse owned by a bomb falling from an airstrike. 
EDIT - It has been announced that a delay has occurred and the EU doesn't get it until tomorrow. I just went on the game and it wont even let me search for a game. I was playing earlier so I think the fact of half the world having the patch and the other half not means I myself can't play and I doubt I am alone.
Disgusting service to say the least.

Played a few games after I saw this and before work. Seems now everyone uses the M16 or a sniper.
ACOG scope is way more accurate. I slapped one on my M16 in Overgrown and just dominated.
Can't say anything about air strike, grenade, etc. kill cams. Never got killed by one.
But sadly, the patch did not come with an automatic ban of anyone that camps like their life depends on winning in a video game.
And doesn't it figure the day the patch comes out is the day before I sell COD4.

Yeah, everyone uses the M16 now. I used to use it and now I'll use the m4 cause I know the m16 isn't fully auto.
The grenade thing is pretty cool, but the game is so bad now it's unreal.

I quit playing COD4 about a week or two after the 360 patch came out. I just couldn't enjoy it as much as before.

I think the reason I'm going off COD4 so much is that R6 is coming out soon. I'm just playing it to pass time, whereas if there wasn't another game coming out anytime soon that I wanted I would probably still be enjoying it. Plus it has been out for almost 5 months now; it’s bound to get boring.

I was playing last night, and my game was all off. I think the patch did something to reduce SMG damage. As of today, I'm done with COD4. Because R6V2 comes out!
And I'm sick of bitches who just camp and throw grenades every game.
