egh, i don't think ps3 gamers should be worried too much. it's just one guy and they fixed the hack right away with the patch. ps3 is still a good console to play on. it's honestly amazing how he did it though. i never thought you could hack a console but seeing how everything is becoming more like a computer these days, i guess it should be no surprise to us.
Just wondering, is it possible to get on the red circled building in that picture (Ambush)? I saw a guy up on that building yesterday while playing Sabotage. He was on my team but I never actually saw how he got up there. I am thinking it was linked to this...
There was another guy on my team who managed to get a 30 kill streak using an RPD, he didn't seem to be glitching but later in the game I saw him jump a wall (the green line on the picture) and I have never seen anyone else able to do that. I don't deny he was a good player, but it's rare that a player can kill 30 enemies with an RPD and not run out of ammo, no one else was even using that weapon.
I have to say though, the coloured names were more annoying than any of the other glitches.

Yes it is. It takes a lot of jumping though. I had done it by getting on top of that green jump wall, and then some tricky jumping from there. I only ever did it twice in public matches because it's so difficult to not get killed by enemies in the process.

Yes, you can jump that wall... You move towards it then jump so you hit the wall in mid air.. then press the jump button again once you hit the wall... itll take you inside where there is a dumpster and such... but if you follow the left side of that wall, you can get ontop of a building... Once you get to that other building... if you make a right before going ontop of that roof, you can get to the roof to the right of the first building mentioned.

I was thinking about what else I have seen, and I saw someone on a random building on Overgrown near the covered bridge. As you get off the bridge (not the barn side) and turn left, there is the room which gives access to the area which leads under the bridge. Well I saw a guy on top of that room.
I expect what he did was get on the covered bridge using the regular method, and balanced on the fence to get to that room. I joined near the end and was killed by him, but my team must have been playing with their eyes closed to let the guy up there.
Inadvertently or not, I think they made camping on COD4 more difficult because it's a lot harder to get on buildings that provide the greatest advantages. The 2 buildings in this and my other post are a camper's heaven, but it's hard for them to get there in the first place.
