The same way you go on the roof. Go inside the little shack next to it and then go out the back door. Climb on the dumpster and them climb onto the wall. Make a right and keep walking on the wall until you get to the bridge. Voila!

i was just playing district and there was a guy up on the middle roof over the double arches where the courtyard leads out to the street. there's a watertower up there and he was next to it. i think it's a glitch though cause i started a solo private game and tried to figure out how to get up there for like 20 minutes and got nowhere.

you jump on to the like little shack by where one of the domination point are and from there jump up some how.. Ill ask a buddy I know and find out some how.

Go to the stairs by the truck/van, that goes to that door.
Jump from the stairs to the top of the shack.
Turn right to face the arches.
There is a ridge along the top of each arch.
Run and jump at the right side of the arch on the left:

The yellow one is the left arch. You're jumping at the right side of it, or the underline piece.

You may need to sprint to do it, but what you want to do is land on that ridge. If you land far enough up it, you can then walk up to the ridge of the peak, and then jump onto the wall.
