Edit: Is the concert hall in cod4? I don't recognize it.

Concert hall looks like the last building you come out of in OSOK. Remember, you go down the steps and turn right out of the building.

I wouldn't be creeped out, I would be in awe. And ibviously they're saying the vids are creepy, since they haven't experienced walking in the city, to which I think they arent creepy.
