that's mature...all those problems you posted are the reason why the there is a delay. for the patch sounds like the ps3 is having alot more problems then 360 so if they released the a fix for 360 first. then all ps3 owners will be outraged so releasing a patch for both. at the same time makes sense comparing them to zipper is the funniest thing I've read this week.

of course the 360 players should get the patch first, they actually pay for their online service! while the ps3 players are using a free service and should understand that they'll get their fix second there's still no reason for I.W. to string either fanbase along.
if the patches/fixes/dl content isn't 100% ready for release then they should just keep their mouth shut about it instead of building all this anticipation and impatience. there are 2 ways to go about the situation:
1) keep tight lipped about a patch and pleasantly suprise everyone when it's released.
2) announce the upcoming patch months in advance, hit a snag and delay it, then re-announce it, hit yet another snag, so on and so forth.
scenario one works out and everyone is happy. scenario 2 builds everybodies hopes, and then frustrates the crap outta them at every turn. it also overhypes the release to the point where it seems lackluster and not half as cool as it should be once it is finally released.
