What people don't realize is, all the people who glitch in other ways to ruin the game need to start somewhere and this is where they start. First the glitching is harmless colored names and such, and the next thing you know everyone is starting to have infinate health. And the last thing we need is a bunch of glithers ruining this game as Socom was ruined. And if I remember, the colors of the names, and other harmless glitches was where it all started in Socom as well.
The bad part about this is, the glitching is allready starting. At least in Socom, it took a while for anyone to have a different colored name. Once the different colored names started appearing, it was all down hill from there. So lets try and stop that same thing from happening with this game.

dude you're looking at from the wrong angle. don't ban those guys, let them stay, encourage them to have the different colored names and weird clan tags. it'll be much easier to spot the glitchers right away and concentrate on making thier life hell for the entire game.
p.s. it's a sad fact but sony is notorious for NEVER banning ANYONE for ANY reason, EVER. it just flat out aint gonna happen.

They banned people on Resistance, but that's because they had a reporting system.

i was playing with Guy earlier and he had a black name. It looked pretty cool. And I wouldn't doubt most of the people that get colored names do it because it looks cool and doesn't a/effect (I still don't know the difference between the two) game play.
