Two Questions
Last night, my last night off, I played really late. I encountered one strange event. I was playing Team Deathmatch in Bog, and one guy from my team was just sitting behind a crate, I assume the kid playing was going to the bathroom or something. But, he had a light bulb over his head. What does this mean?
Also, I finally unlocked the Killer challenges, I have to kill 5 people with cooked grenades. What are "cooked" grenades?

Cooked grenades, hold down the throw grenade button. Rather than sit on the ground before it blows up, itll blow up immediately. Its like pulling a pin, and holding the nade before you throw so they cant throw it back.

Im not sure what the light bulb is about, either. Ive been wondering what it is too.
To "cook" a grenade is to hold it for at least a second before you throw it.
Actually, Wabba, it depends on how long you cook it.

If the guy is selecting where to put an airstrike a lightbulb will appear over his head.

A light bulb above someone's head means they are in the start menu.

Light bulb can mean they are in the start menu, typing, calling an airstrike ect. Cooked grenades are grenades that you hold for a few seconds before throwing, reducing the activation time.

I wondered about the lightbulb thing aswell, thanks for clearing it up!
I assumed it was when the guy was talking, but then realised it would either be a mic symbol (duh) or just not show up at all. I just can't believe I was too slow to realise the co-inkidink.
I didn't even know you could cook the grenades before the challenge came up, I always cook them although I believe I had completed the challenges for doing so. I have also started using C4 as an alternative although I struggle to get kills with it.

The lightbulb also displays if you're choosing a class, which is in the start menu. If they weren't there at the start of the game, they'd still be on the class selection screen, hence the lightbulb.
