Yeah i beat it a few days ago. My only gripe is that it was too short and its insanely hard on veteran mode.

Infinity Ward is known for making a pretty insane veteran mode... It's hella hard

I beat it all on normal but on veteran I can't get past the "One Shot" mission. The end is too intense. It is the best single player story I've played though. The "all guilied up" mission was really fun.

I loved all ghillied up. I thought it was like amazing. The guy did most of the work for you too, but there was so much teamwork involved. And you could choose to kill the guys or not lol.

I beat the single player before I played it online and I thought it was great! I beat it on the 2nd hardest mode (can't remeber what it is called). I stayed up until like 3 in the morning to beat it because it was like a book you just couldn't put down. I loved this games single player, just, like everyone else, wished it was longer.

I decided to beat the Single Player first before touching the Multiplayer. I think that it is amazing. I beat the game on "Hard" mode. I have to admit that it was not that hard. The only hard mission was the "One Shot, One Kill" mission. The action becomes too intense and you get attacked from 4 different sides. The rest is pretty simple and straight forward. I wish that the story mode would be a little longer.

I can't get past "One Shot, One Kill" on Veteran, not because I die, because my XBOX will not read the level, it always gets the "This Disk is Unreadable" message on the right site when it is loading. Crawling through the field whit all those enemies was one of the best times I have ever had in a single player campaign.

I found a soft spot on the "One Shot" mission at the end and it will help you a lot, even on veteran. Go back in the wooded area behind the bumper cars rides and plant your claymores in a parameter area outside from there in between the bumper cars and the ferris wheel. Throw some C4 along the left side of the bumper cars area then just sit behind a tree. Guys will run up behind the tipped over bumper car to shoot at you, they are easy pick offs. The tree will protect you from a lot of shots being fired at you. Use the C4 to take out people rushing you around the side. If you need to, hide behind a tree and pop out to knife guys coming around. Don't try to take them with a weapon because most of the time you will lose. Doing it this way will condense your attackers down from attacking you from 5 different directions down to 1 1/2.

When the chopper finally arrives, you obviously need to work quickly. Shoot everyone you can see in front of you because they will be focused on the chopper. Run over to pick up your injured man shooting more guys as you go. No, as you do this, throw flashbangs into the air to stun your enemies. Before you pick up what's his name, throw the rest of your flashes out then charge to the chopper using different obstructions to give you cover.

This mission was a PAIN IN THE *** on veteran and took me a few trys but I found that to be the best strategy.
