First Online Experience
I bought COD4 toaday. I played for just over 2 hours (in matches not just online). After my second hour of online play I noticed that it was easy for me to own newbs. Once you get to a decent level and learn how to play your are about equal. The graphics are the best I've seen this generation so far. I had a few games where my score was the highest but I lost because the rest of my team wasn't very good. One match I killed 3 people in a row on 3 occasions with my pistol just before dying in last stand mode. The lobby would be better if it were SOCOM style but it's better than RSV. Post your initial impression of the online.

I don't have the necessary equipment. I don't have the necessary funds. My view comes from the day where everyone sucks and those who want to be great are.

The only major flaws are with your friends. It doesn't show players met if you check on the XMB, so you have to copy down names. You have to accept game invites immediately or not at all. You can't change teams.

When I first got it(Friday) I decided to beat the campaign first. It took me about 6 hours in total to beat the campaign. I finished it on Saturday morning and really liked the story line behind the game. Online mode is pretty easy at first, but now it gets kind of hard because more people are getting experienced.

I'll see your 3 pistol kill streak, and raise you a 10 kill streak with the knife... Oh yeah, true story.

Not my first
Call Of Duty 4 isn't my first online experience....but it sure is one of the best!!

I've been playing Socom since Socom I. I have always been a big Socom II and CA player, but the new Call of Duty rocks. If anyone wants to play online with me on the PS3, my player name is Ozzynut12345. On Socom CA name is Miracle.Man. And on Socom II my name is FunkyBallSweat.

I'll probaby be on COD 4 for awhile, unless the new Socom comes out soon.

Yeah i thought the campain mode was abit short. Could have added a few more levels imo. Although its insanely hard on veteran mode :/
