Oh yes. I just bought a PS3 and the first game I chose was COD4 and I'm very happy with my decision. I do encourage, whoever is PS3-less, to buy the 40Gig rig for $399. I bought mine at Target and it came with a Spider-Man 3 movie(big deal I guess) but it is in Blu-Ray! So yeah, good stuff.

The level of a player really doesn't tell the skill of a person. Eventually, the majority of the players are going to be at the top level (56 I believe).

Seen as how it was the 2nd day of the game, he obviously played the game a LOT..too much IMO. In other words he knows the maps, where the other team spawns, and whatever tricks he has since he's played so much.

Unless you saw his stats, then we have no idea how good he was. The way I see it: It was the second day. You level up by gaining points, you get points by completing objectives and getting kills, the more games you play, the more points you accumulate, the more points you accumulate, the higher level. What do you need to gain such an immense amount of points in such a short period? Time.

Does anyone know if activision / infinity ward has an online stats system up... Kind of like how Bungie has a thing online for Halo stats and Battlefield 2 had one online as well....

Im 46 played 15 hours striaght. Machyne (hes in same clan as me) Is at 79..... 55 highest regular then there is prestege mode (please correct that word) so you start over but your rank looks the same. Theres 10 prestege modes avaliable. so 55 times 10 = 550. So good luck getting to the top. Every new prestege starts over 1 through 55. Your rank looks like a yellow dimond with a eagly in it? I think an eagle.
