I meant to say "never trust a nonsquare map"... trust me to contradict what I say earlier in a post. I think it may just be the way developers are raised. A square map would be the simplest way to do it when they are studying games design and making their own first games... the entire strategy genre is still stuck on square maps well over a decade after moving off the maps made up of the little squares like chessboards. Turn based strategygames made that I think.

Perhaps it is because games are all 3D these days. Perhaps a cube or cuboid is easiest because the actual playing area can sit right on the bottom... in a spherical game world (thats the word for 3D circle yes?) I imagine the ground would be floating halfway up the sphere, and that sounds like too much hard work to me! But as you've guessed I dunno, just speculating.

Don't make another foolish decision. Sure, the same thoughts have crossed my mind, but at least hold out and see if how the DLC is.

Are you PS3ers even getting the new maps?

Nahh, **** the DLC. I have no love for this game anymore, so it's not worth it.

Actually, I haven't played with mag yet, but playing with Wabba and Scuba is nonstop fun.
