I remember on BFMC you could go two or three hours on one map, usually Backstab... it was bearable but not great.

I just can't stand when people skip Shipment on Headquarters. Everyone racks up mad points when they play that map. Then there's always one ***** who is like "SKIP COME ON GUYS SKIP IT".
One time, I was playing a British kid who kept shouting to skip Shipment. And no one voted. And when the game was loading, he was like, "**** **** YOU GUYS! SHIIIIIIT! SERIOUSLY **** YOU!!" and his mom started yelling at him.
I think, instead of random maps, they should have a voting system for what map is next. So no voting to skip. At the end of the game, you just select your map and majority rules. It seems fair enough.

I wouldn't like that because the same maps would be voted for. In my time playing this game, a map is never routinely skipped. I cannot remember the last time people succeeded on voting a map out.
I think the way the voting system is now is fine, and needs no alterations, in my opinion of course.

Like said above, if that was the case no one would vote in my favorite maps like Wetworks or Vacant.

I don't understand why people hate Wetworks. They'll vote that quicker than they'll vote Bloc or Countdown.

I usually tend to vote Bog for the simple reason that it is the laggiest map on the game.
I love the map Wetworks and I have only got to play it twice because everyone skips it. I think the BFMC maps system was great but not perfect. If they had a game search function (like R6V) and it let you select your game mode, map, etc then they wouldn't even need the ability to skip since you could just go and search for the map you do want to play.
The three maps I refuse to skip are Countdown, Overgrown, and Crossfire. I only vote maps if I see a majority vote because I don't want to sit listening to people complaining about the map all game.

I think it has more to do with who the host of the game is rather than the map itself since all the maps tend to lag (however badly) at one point or another.

That's the main reason I don't wear my mic when I play with random people. I really don't want to hear them complaining before, during, or after the game. Yes, the sound does come through the speakers, but I cannot understand them and the game sound usually drowns them out anyway.

I think people hate Wetworks because they don't know how to play it. I hated it until I stopped straight up bull rushing. Now what I do is watch the corners the other team comes around, while, at the same time, push forward with the rest of my team. When I play it 6v6 I can usually get 2 helicopters. Actually had one game the other week where I had 4 airstrikes.
And it also helps to have a silenced weapon. I always get an M16 with a silencer and digital camo on Wetworks.

I used my ultimate G3 setup on Wetworks a few days ago and got a fair amount of kills considering it's hardly played.
I use the G3 with suppressor, 3 frags, UAV jammer, and the one that makes less sound when you move.
I think I use the voting system to see if the room has lagged out more than to vote for the map. Sometimes the 'match beginning in... seconds' countdown reaches 0 and the teams are split up again and nothing happens. I usually vote and if the vote isn't registered I know the host has left or something.

I normally use SMG of some kind with a silencer. Set my UAV blocker on and add the trace gernada perk on.
