nope. i'm still hunting the gamestops and such in my area for one of the old socom 2 headsets with the built in mute button. if i can't find one soon i'm going to start looking into other usb headsets and see if there's maybe something similar for pc gaming that'll also work on the ps3.

I don't understand why you are so surprised at the glitches in COD4... no game is perfect. And it's not like we all traded SOCOM 2 in when its glitches were found.

I totally agree... but I was just throwing out a little "FYI", because there are too many games coming out in the upcoming months that I really want to play. And now that I have a home mortgage, extra cash can be tight from time to time... so I need to start banking some credit at the local store so I can get all of the stuff coming up.

I didn't play mine nearly enough on PS3 to bother keeping it... and the trade credit that I got for it was more than what I originally payed for it, being a brand new copy. It was a no-brainer, if you ask me.

My Game Stop has a bunch of USB mics that work for both the PS3 and the PS2. But I can't remember if they have the mute button or not.

i've been sick for 2 days. i was playing call of duty and i srsly went like 4 and 20 every game. i'm ashamed of myself.
