I used to be the hook up type but I'm not into that now I rather be in a relationship, Call me wierd but I enjoy hearing some one complain that I have been playing video games for too long and they get me out of the house. I really never expected to get this many replies when I posted this I was like this will get 2 post max and no advice but I guess us video gamers know alot about girls. Ironic? Im still slightly confused about this Situation. I dont know if I mentioned this but I work with her, Im her supervisor. (makes it hard to detatch.)

This has happened to me once, and I was pretty much in the same boat. I was like "Should I stay or move on?" and you really got to move on.

There's more fish in the sea and from the looks of it she is one of those girls who hates being alone and not paid attention to. And that's where you and her ex come in.

Both of you give her certain needs, you give her the emotional needs, and he gives her, her physical needs. And that's a game you do not want to play with a girl because like I said earlier there are better women out there for you.

Just because a person plays video games does not mean that they are a fat slob with no life. I play video games, go to school, have a job, had girl friends, snowboard, etc. Don't be ashamed to say you like video games that doesn't automaticly make you a loser.


On to the situation at hand, do what I said and others said. Tell her what you feel in a none sappy way such as "_____ I really like you but I'm sick of you teasing me and then going back to your old boy friend. Either you want to be with me or not just make up your mind" something on those lines just don't drop the whole thing because then the "What if?" will be in your head. Good luck

The first part I meant as a joke. But for the second she came over this morning (on here break) and we kissed, She said today is the last day cause tomorrow shes going to go back with him. I told her I said I will be here for you but Im not going to try and stay single for you anymore like I was doing and she said alright. Still disapointing but I think her and her ex/bf wont last very long.

I think at this point in time everybody and their grandma is a gamer, even if they don't play everyday.

Sublime, I think you made a good choice to be there as a friend, but not revolving your relationship status around her alone.


And going back to page 3 and bigmike's comment about age, I'm going in the opposite direction. Whether or not sublime is 22 or not (although I don't see why someone would lie about their age over the internet), my mom married when she was 19. Her and my dad just celebrated their 20th last month. And yeah, it doesn't work with everybody, but it's just one example.

In fact, to completely contradict myself, I graduated with someone that broke off 2 engagements with two different guys in one year. But then again, a lot of the people I graduated with never liked her.
