I was bored and looked online to find some statistics on the smartest states since some people say that New yorkers are really dumb. Well heres your list.

To be honest I never would have thought california would be that low. Some states I see at the bottom match where they should be but I was sitting there like california is 47th.

I'm not surprised California is 47th. There are a lot of illiterate and uneducated people that live here. I'm not trying to sound racist, but a majority of them are immigrants and Mexicans.
