I was bored and looked online to find some statistics on the smartest states since some people say that New yorkers are really dumb. Well heres your list.

To be honest I never would have thought california would be that low. Some states I see at the bottom match where they should be but I was sitting there like california is 47th.  |

I'm not surprised California is 47th. There are a lot of illiterate and uneducated people that live here. I'm not trying to sound racist, but a majority of them are immigrants and Mexicans.

You know what you may be right. After you mentioned that all that poped up into my mind was ARNOLD SWARTAZANAGER (Please edit that LOL). If any one elects terminator to be a governor maybe theres not much education.
