Well being a Skins fan I was kind of excited to hear that Bly wanted to play for us but I shut down as soon as I heard of Ladell Betts in the trade. He shows a ton of potential and with a Portis that seems to get hurt every year we need a good back up. Plus, Springs is a guy we like to have around because he's a freak on defense when he's not injured.

Wow..... Thomas Jones to the Jets for a trade. I wish Tampa Bay Never let him go, before he went to Chicago.
Joey Porter inks with the Fins - Good for the Fins
Luke Petigout agrees to a deal with Tampa Bay

Chicago is spiraling down hill...Why would they trade Thomas Jones? Now poor Rex "I don't prepare for games" Grossman has little help in the back field.
Lance Briggs also wants out of Chicago since they slapped him with the franchise tag. He wants the big money, and Chicago is obviously not willing to give it to him, so Bear fans can expect his depature as well.
I was talking with a friend of mine and he said he read on another site (I'll try and get the name of it today or tomorrow), that the Patriots are interested in Randy Moss. Brady to Moss, wow what a combination!

Because it's a well known fact that Bears' management has never paid big dollars to a majority their players... pretty pathetic, if you ask me.

I hope the team doesn't suffer too dramatically, because it would be a shame to see them once again fall to the bottom of the NFC like they were a couple of years ago. You would think after the Super Bowl run they just had, the management would try to build off of it, not make a complete U-turn.

They have been spiraling down hill since the Super Bowl loss.

Also Briggs I think will be playing for the Bears next year, They have him tagged and by NFL rules he can either play for them for 7.2 mil this year or he can sit at home, and make nothing. And if he does play for them he will do good b/c he will be hitting the market next year, So IMO don't bet on a trade.

Even though I'm not liking it too much, the 'Fins did a good thing getting Porter. Taylor o one end, Porter on the other = pwnage.
And the Bears letting Jones go was just ****ing stupid. Benson isn't an everydown back yet. They let a huge part of their offense go, and I think that's really going to hurt them.

The same can be said for their "decision" on not giving Walter Payton a chance to score a TD in Super Bowl XX... just plain stupid.
By all means, give the guy that sold his Super Bowl ring on eBay an opportunity to score a TD... that makes total sense.
