I can already tell you that isn't happening. Chad wants to be traded to either the Dolphins (since he lives in Miami) or the Redskins, but Marvin Lewis already said Chad won't be getting traded.

And the Bengals have him locked up until 2011 after he resigned in 06.

I been hearing that Jeremy Shockey is going to get traded. I hope he gets traded to the Cowboys for someone good. I can see Shockey getting along great with TO, or it being a total disaster.

I don't think the Skins could even afford Chad Johnson. Last time I checked the Skins salary cap was almost at the max, which is why we aren't expected to make any huge moves this off season.

I see no reason why Shockey would be traded. Sure Boss played great down the stretch, but I don't think management is ready to give up hope on Shockey. If anything, the Giants passing game will be that much stronger next season with two great receiving tight ends in addition to their wide receivers. The only way I see Shockey being traded is if he demands a trade and is truly unhappy with the team and his role, and thus far, I have not heard of such a situation.

The chemistry between Eli and Shockey is, well, non existent. I don't think that it was a coindence that we won the Superbowl without him. Plus he's just a bad sportsman.

The Skins don't even need Chad Johnson. With Randle El, Santana Moss, James Thrash, Brandon Lloyd, Keenan McCardell, and Reche Caldwell, there isn't more needed. Having Chad Johnson wouldn't be bad but that money can be used for more useful positions that need to be filled such as the FS position that is sadly open now.

The Redskins definitely don't need another reciever with that group already on board. They have spent too much money on that position anyway in the last few years, and they have other needs that will be addressed through free agency and the draft.
