Oddly I really like it, there are little things that could be changed, but you know it works. I really like the text, but it could be placed a bit more appropriately. You really need to erase the background from the render, other wise it just looks you cut a shape out of a magazine and put it in. Grab the pen tool (or eraser, or whatever you like) and take out whatever is inbetween her arms, and just below.
