you know what?, well guess what a flamethrower would be retarted on maps like fault or antendora you would never stop shoooting it and then people would just hold down the triggers like a machine gun. A muskeet would be so stupid becuase it would never ever get used it will be as used as much as flashbang gernades. And last of all why would you have a silenced M16 there is not a silenced M16 in the US Navy Seals arsenal be realilistic lets go THINK a kinife would be cool, even though it could be useless on big maps. But what would be nice if they had knifes, the option to throw them and after stabbing someone you should be able to press a sequence of numbers to make him stab him again,kick him, ETC; and alsothe best wepon to be put in socom would be a SCAR

I've never used a flamthrower, so I'm not sure. But I would think the holding tanks would run out pretty quick. So yes, a flamethrower would be hard to beat, but it wouldn't last to long. Plus, if you could shoot the holding tank, I'm sure you'de get a nice fire going, on the back of the guy. And maybe even take out another player or so. I doubt we'll ever see it in a Socom game, but it would be a interesting weapon.

And to the person who said the M14 couldnt be silenced heres a picture of a silencer that can be fitted on a M14

if you scroll down a ways you'll see some silencers that are for the M14, they are very hard to find and can usally only get them online.
