Yes Law school is very hard to get into and over 50% of the people that get into Law school fail out the first year. Becoming a Lawyer is not an easy thing and you would probably not see court until your mid/late 20's.

Lawyers make a lot of money but it takes a long time to get to that point and its costs a lot of money just to be a lawyer. So once you get money you have to pay off loans for school ect.

I don't even have to go to college to be a cop but getting a college degree increases pay so thats why I want to get a degree first and why not get a Crimminal Justice degree when thats the feild I want to go in to.

Yeah, for those of you wanting in on colleges for Fall '06, you missed the primary enrollment deadlines (May 1).

Myself... I'll be a freshie at UW Madison, studying materials science & engineering.

Oh... plan on having a ton of money if you go to USC... ~45k a year!

EDIT: I don't advocate taking a year off. Once you get in the habit of not learning... it's soooo hard to come back to the daily grind. Plus, you forget a lot of little things you never knew you had to know but knew unconsciously. (<-- sounds weird)

I'm going to apply to...UofW or UofT, but UofW would be easier...tis my town. Could still stay at home and PWN NOOBS ON S4 YEAH! (haha, joke, lame-a55es).

I'll major in History...I love ALL kinds of history, but I'd like to major in something like Ancient Greek history or just world history up to like the 17th century. Idk, history fsho nuks.

Then go to teacher's college, pwn some nubs in thurr, and become a teacher at my HS I go to now.

My plan cannot fail!

From what I remembered, you said that you lived in Louisiana... weird.

Anyway, just as Mr~Pan, I want to be a cop and I have actually went through the first couple of steps to becoming one but I stopped. I would have went through the cadet program but I'm too old for that now so I am waiting till I'm 20 1/2 or 21 years old to re-apply and go straight into the academy. I either want to go for Maryland State Polive or Pennsylvania State Police.

I'm planning to jump into college the year after graduation. My declared major will be biomedical engineering or biotechnology, but I haven't decided on the school. I plan to visit colleges over the summer, I just have to decide what colleges to waste my time visiting. Pre-grad isn't as important, so i'll be looking to Rutgers or U Maryland, something cheap but good. Post grad is the biggie for engineering, so i'll be looking at Ivy and the sort.

I've pretty much figured out where I want to go in life, so no need for me to take any time off for that.

Wow your picking you colleges based on that. Yeah you do need to take a year from your life to figure out what yo are going to with it. Unless you are good at a sport and getting a scholarship it will be hard for you to go to sum of those schools.

Its like 50k a year.

Yeah I am picking my colleges on that. Yes I am good at football, and the price doesn't even matter. And if I don't get anything out of football, they are still good educational colleges.

You could major in caveman diagnostic abilities.

I'm currently enrolled in Mountainview Community College. 2nd year. Its fun, you meet new friends, and when its time for 3rd year, (i'll be enrolling into UTA [University of Texas at Arlington] you'll see much more parties. Live life while your young. And don't fail.
