We [BBR] are looking to recruit some more older members into our ranks. We have been around since Socom 1 and have always had a good clan base, we are just looking to expand a bit more. If your interested, read on:
What we are:
[BBR] is a Socom 3 clan made up of members ranging in age from 23 to 40 something. Most of us have lives outside of gaming that take precedence so we are a very casual and laid back S3 clan. That is also why we look for other older players our age, because we all have similar things in common. We also play some other games online together but the main focus is S3.
Who were looking for:
[BBR] is looking for players at least 21 years of age to join us and enjoy playing S3 together. Obviously we don't ID people before joining but it usually becomes very obvious if you arent who you arent as old as you say you are.
Why the age limitation:
[BBR] was set up from the beginning to be an older person clan and we have stuck to it with much success. This is not to say that younger people cannot be mature, it is more due to similar interests and availability.
What we do:
[BBR] is not a clan match sorta group, so if that is important to you I would suggest passing on us. We have found that setting up clan matches can be more trouble than they're worth so we mostly just play in inter-squad games or open rooms that we set up.
More specifically we have scheduled "S3 nights" during the week where you always know some of us will be on and playing so we all get together and have some great matches. We also occassionally hold scrimmages and tourneys amongst our members. We are not opposed to clan matches but we do them very rarely.
