Once we really started playing S3 we figured out we only like respawn demo/breach etc.. And since there's no good way to track respawn stats without doing it by hand, we scrapped it.
Yeah a lot of clans with websites do this (Sea Snipers)...
It doesnt always correspond to how good you are at the game, though, so it really doesnt replace the ranking system, but it is good for clan members to have incentives to play better.
The SOTG clan has ALOT of cool medals. You can maybe pick up a few ideas from them. You should probably ask them first though. If u go to the clan forums here you can find them.
I personally love this idea though. I want to try it out but i dont play socom anymore. (until the maps come out of course).
I'm starting by old clan back up - [SCM] Socommunists.
And I'm trying to get this medals thing sorted for another clan. I got loads of pictures of the official Navy Medals and assigned them to different Tasks and achievemnets. If it works out, you could use the same system.

Yo sounds like a good idea. Its very true about the socom rank it won't even record my wins atal and has randomly decided my losses :S, also my rank jumps 4000 spaces sometimes, backwards that is.
