If you go out searching to kill someone and succeed, that is skill

If you wait for someone to pass you by when your hiding and then kill them, that is no skill.

I understand what youre saying I just disagree. I like to snipe and every game determines what I will do. Move around a lot or lay low. You do what is required in the situation to win. If that person went 23-4 and helped their team win, then by all means it helped and if the other team is dumb enough to keep getting killed by the same guy that is their fault.

Some dillweed (probably you) spawns on a great point in harvester automatically zooms in on a bunch of seals and snipes 'em as they're trying to take cover from your campin' azz. you're a fool.
