Terrorists have the advantage on Waterworks large, but small, Waterworks, of killing fields. Large, Waterworks of Killing Fields.
Blackwoods is an even map, it's just too much camping, so I'd never play it as a tiebreaker.

Oh, I can't believe I forgot Harvester, it is pretty even, although I believe Terrorists get to the bomb first, but not like Waterworks, because someone has to go in the windmill, and by that time, nades can reach it. Yes, Harvester is definitely a great tiebreaker map.

Yeah harvester is the most fair map, even thought terr. get to windmill first, but they can be killed by chucking lot of nades on that area. One of the new maps wouldn't be bad as a tiebreaker also... I think.

eh, if it's Harvester small, you've got those pesky Terrosist snipers that snipe the Seals coming out of the spawn.
Killing Fields small would be perfect if not for there only be one way into the Seals spawn area. What about Antenora small?

Antenora small is nice, with or without grenades. Since the only real camping there is is people behind boxes, you can shoot through boxes and hit people, so their really isn't that much camping spots/advantages to get to a camping spot.
