I'd say Saturday.
I work all week on night shift and go to the bar and get smashed Friday. Come home Saturday morning and play for a bit in the afternoon then go to the bar again that night. Sunday is reserved for sleep before going back to work.
So as you can see, Saturday is the obvious choice for me.

Sunday because I have school or sports during the week, then chill on the weekends and friday with friends. Then usually have a game sunday afternoon and too tired or lazy to do anything else but play socom sunday night.

Friday to finish well the weekends. Sunday is also great at night.

Friday
For me, I personally like to play on Friday. Right when I get home from school, I play a little socom, for hours, knowing I do not have school the next day.

I try to play every sunday night, and sometimes saturdays. However, you gotta have your Sunday Night Socom nights.
We oughta make that a tradition. Sunday Night Socom. 8pm-11pm, or 9pm-11pm.
