SOCOM3 thoughts on cheaters n glitchers

Hi, i'm Psychospike from Belgium(not that this matters), i have not yet had the pleasure of playing socom 3 online. we have to wait for european release 15th of April. :(

i have been active on S1 and S2 however (very active) and i was wondering if zipper managed to keep cheats and glitches to a bare minimum?

right now on socom2 in europe, you can't play 1 game without somebody glitching, or play 1 night without a cheater f**ng up the room.

what are your thoughts, what can we (europe) expect?

well so far...not really. i think they fixed those "proxy glitches" which would let you like get outsdie the map, but now there this Spectator Glitch it like makes a person invisible and they cant die and they just get free kills, but Zipper knows about it and "they are watching"

damn that spectator glitch seems awful... :(

is there a way to report glitchers, cheaters?
does the creditcard verification actually help? (i can imagine cheaters won't like a ban on there verified account) so that would help right?

people so over exaggerate on cheaters. I play EU socom 2 and there are VERY VERY VERY rarely cheaters. I have been playing solidly for around 3 months and I have come across 3 cheaters at MOST.

well...your pretty lucky then. In the last like month ive seen like 8 or 10 glitchers and a ton of GNK rooms. But to answer Pshcos question...

the credit card verification is what they use to "stop" the cheating. I think you get what like 2 chances? if they catch you cheating you get banned for a certain amount of time. I know a kid who forgot to take his gameshark off and he got banned for a week so.
