apparently correcting someones spelling in here makes you cool. most people who type on these boards dont care about spelling, so stop correcting it, it doesnt make you tough. its annoying.

Educated people do tend to care about spelling and grammer. Its a concern that these young people are the future and they find it difficult to remove themselves from this text speak on the odd occasion.

I am tired of all these threads saying "SOCOM 3 sucks!, Why this? Why that?" Everyone needs to quit b*tchin about it and stop making these threads. SOCOM 3 is a solid enough game for me to consider good, and if you dont like it, THEN DONT PLAY IT!!!

its not as "heavy-duty gaming" as S2. simple as that.

If you don't like the posts then don't read it. It's a good enough game to play, but if people don't make a stir about the glaring programming faults nothing will get fixed.

educated? its a message board, many of us are in a hurry, im a highschool biology teacher, got a Masters in embryology, i d say im educated, i just am in too much of a hurry to worry about stuff like that here.

overallt hough, back on topic. this game is good i t hink, the maps take some adjusting to and i like them though.i think killing fields is a great time and i also enjoy b lackwoods and citadel. the only one i dont like is fault.

Without question this game is good. But as the thread says its just not the same as S2. For example when i would go say 15-5 on XRoads and get MVP id be excited and definately enjoy it. Now i go 20-4 on a fault/citadel etc. and its just like um that was fun i guess. I think my issue is i like medium sized maps where stealth and strategy can be utilized, but you dont have to run for 5 min before finding someone or use a damn vehicle. Plus i dont have my M4a1SD which was my baby. I think once/if they bring Xroads and other classic maps the game will be more enjoyable i think.

O the other thing is this game is a lot easier to be good at than S2. Also the ranking is so F'd Up i mean way more than S2 cuz atleast there you could still get to captain without ranking up. In S3 my stats are better than S2 and id say im a very good player always finishing top 3 in points but yet im a LT, and even with good games my rank stays the same or drops. I dunno...
