Special Forces here I come!!!!!!!!

I accepted an offer today made to me by my Batallion XO for a slot in SFAS (Special Forces Assesment and Selection). It took me 3 hours to debate on it. I was going to try out for the Rangers, but I decided if I want to make a carrer out of this, this is most definately my best route.

I am already here at FT. Bragg so I don't have to move my current duty station for training so that is a sigh of relief. I report to JFK Special Warfare Center at 0400 March 6, and I have until then to prepare my self for long heavy ruck humps. I won't be on here as much, as I am devoting myself to my preparation for the course. Wish me luck.

A special shout to Sgt Miller, and EyesofTexas, you guys are the only military members on this board that I know of, and I just want to say if I don't get to talk to you guys for a while and you go on deployment, stay safe brothers and I love ya in a non queer way :)

I give a loud HOOAH on that one Sar'ent. Ive been preparing for almost 3 years, as Ive always had a fire for SOF, finally on that journey im at Special Operations Command's door, and by fawking god, im going to beat that ***** down!!!!!!!!
